I watched this, sent by my best friend alma, at first it looks like a normal Bible dance presentation, at first some might think think yeah yeah, who's the guy in a dress, so what...but towards the end, my heart gave way...and I had to stop my tears because I was at work plus puro guys dito hahaha! In the movie, Awakenings, Robert De Niro's character, a patient who woke up from a 30 year catatonic state, is in love with the girl played by Penelope Ann Miller, but the impressive effects of medication that seemingly brought the miracle of his awakening start to fade and he slowly becomes a vegetable again but she dances with him for the first and last time before that happens and it takes the abnormal twitching away because he loves her. If there's any cure for the broken spirit...it's unconditional love. How do you show love even when the moment is so awkward? The test of true compassion is what this scene shows.
