"Sana ganito karami ang boto ko" said a surprised Kiko Pangilinan at Quezon Memorial Circle after a sudden and lengthy blast of confetti slowed to a gentle drizzle of yellow and green paper bits. Because there was so much, the confetti fell everywhere from above for around 10 minutes. Kiko's comment glazed the moment and sparked laughs and cheers as the audience of his concert rally looked up and about in awe of the unexpected paper shower. This gathering marked the end of the Kiko Karavan's journey throughout Luzon.
